It is my wish that you are happy with your order! Please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you would like to return/exchange your item. I will fully refund any unused/unwashed item up to 7 days after you have received the item.
You will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs and I will be unable to refund the original shipping.
I am unable to accept returns for custom orders. I will work diligently with you prior to the creation of your item to make sure it meets your expectations! If the item arrives with a defect that is caused by me, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
